Mmmm, apple pie!

I just baked, and consumed, the BEST apple pie ever! Not all on my own, mind you. :) It was this Sour Cream Apple Pie recipe at Epicurious. The only thing I changed was adding some cinnamon and nutmeg to the filling (for some reason it didn't list any), and I doubled the topping. It was DELICIOUS! And it was consumed a mere 2 hours after coming out of the oven. So no pictures! But I will most definitely be making this one again! We've got friends coming over next weekend, sounds like a good enough excuse to me!
